Welcome to Steelvibe. We sell printed hard-shell travel luggage — polycarbonate and ABS cases carrying original artwork, built for cabin trips and longer journeys alike.

How We Work

Steelvibe is an online-only brand. We design and select the artwork for each case, we prepare every order ourselves, and we ship it from our own location in Mobile, Alabama. We do not operate a physical retail store, and we keep stock deliberately small — each case is checked and packed after you order rather than sitting in a warehouse.

What we are responsible for is the design, the product information on this site, the condition of the case when it leaves us, and putting things right when an order goes wrong.

What We Sell

Every case in our range shares the same build: a 100% polycarbonate front shell that flexes under impact and returns to shape, a rigid lightweight ABS back shell, a built-in combination lock, spinner wheels, a telescopic pull handle, an expandable zip section, and a divided interior with pockets. Two sizes are available — M for cabin and short trips, L for checked luggage and extended travel.

The difference between our products is the printed artwork, not the hardware.

Print Variation

Because artwork is printed onto each shell, small differences in print position or colour between individual cases are normal. Screens also vary, so the exact shade you see may differ slightly from the case that arrives. These variations are not considered defects. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are — and we replace or refund those in full.

Transit time: 5–7 business days (Mon–Fri)

Estimated total delivery: 7–10 business days depending on your location

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum order value. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items that are new, unused, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Full details are on our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy pages.
